Honored to Support MOAA’s TotalForce+: A Gathering Focused on People, Service, and Impact

This month, American AV was honored to support the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) at their TotalForce+ event — one of the most influential gatherings focused on the wellbeing and advancement of those who serve our country. MOAA is the largest and most trusted military officers’ association in the nation, and their mission goes far beyond supporting officers. Their focus is on the wellbeing of everyone who contributes to our national defense — including enlisted personnel, active-duty service members, veterans, reservists, civilian support teams, contractors, caregivers, and families.

This year’s theme, “People Outrank Everything,” perfectly reflected the spirit of the event. It was not just a conference — it was a powerful environment centered around the lives, needs, and experiences of the individuals who serve and support our nation every day.

A Purpose-Driven Gathering

TotalForce+ brought together more than 3,000 participants — including representatives from the Department of Defense, the VA, active-duty leadership, private sector organizations, and countless individuals who support service members both on and off duty. Together, they tackled key challenges and opportunities shaping the military experience today:

With over 1.3 million active duty personnel, 750,000 reservists, 18 million veterans, and more than 740,000 civilian support staff in the broader military community, the conversations happening at TotalForce+ have never been more important.

Our Role in Supporting the Experience

As a company that regularly supports mission-driven organizations and large-scale national events, we were deeply honored to contribute to shaping a meaningful experience for attendees. Our team provided full AV and event production support to ensure messaging, presentations, and discussions were clear, impactful, and accessible to all audiences.

This event was also a special moment internally for American AV — it created an opportunity to bring together personnel from both our Raleigh and Washington D.C. offices. Collaboration is at the heart of our culture, and supporting MOAA reminded our team of the importance of purposeful work and shared commitment.
